Alpine treks over glaciers and peaks with easy routes are an excellent way for experienced mountain walkers to explore the Alps and develop their mountaineering skills. We specialise in the Wild High Level Route, which is our local classic long tour starting in canton Vaud and crossing into Berne and Valais to finish either in Luekerbad or Kandersteg. If you are interested in other treks please let us know via the enquiry form.
The trip starts in Leysin, and on the first day uses the Glacier 3000 lift to access the Les Diablerets massif and the highest summit in the Alpes Vaudoise. There are alternatives on the trek to Luekerbad / Kandersteg and the exact itinerary will vary according to the weather and conditions at the time. This is a quieter corner of the Alps, with varied terrain and fantastic views of Mont Blanc, all the 4000m peaks of the Valais, and the highest peaks of the Oberland.
